Wednesday Whisper ~ Truth Triumphs

Choosing to speak the truth is a decision to take the high road, perhaps the road less traveled. Those who tell the truth hold the honor of being trustworthy, credible, and respected. The LORD Almighty says in Zechariah 8:16-17, “’And now here’s what I want you to do: Tell the truth, the whole truth, when you speak…” Continue reading

Luke 19:10 states Jesus’ purpose for coming: “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost.” (That’s you and me!) Our salvation is a free gift, paid for in full by Jesus. The good news is “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16) And “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23) Continue reading

True: God Seeks and Invites All

The compassionate shepherd leaves his other ninety-nine sheep in safety to seek the one that wandered off. When he finds it, he rejoices! These parables demonstrate God’s great love for us, all of us, those who have not chosen to believe as well as those who believe but have wandered off. Jesus is the shepherd who searches for you, to bring you into His loving arms and rejoice over you! Continue reading
